SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Penn State Health Medical Group All About Children seeks an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to work in the ambulatory setting seeing routine well visits, follow-ups, and acute visits. Ideally, the candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a primary care pediatric environment. The candidate will work alongside other NPs and physicians in a collaborative and collegial environment. Our staff share in the mission to provide the best care possible to the underserved children of Reading and Berks County. The hours are varied Monday- Friday, and no weekends but include participating in rotation to take calls after hours Triage Nurse Answering Service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Masters Degree in Nursing with clinical specialization required.

Two (2) years' work experience as a RN required.

Current licensed to practice as a CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Pediatric Primary Nurse Practitioner Certification.
