serves biological females, ages 12 to 16 at the time of admission. The program is inclusive for all youth with respect to sexual orientation and gender identity. The focus of the Mapleton program is to create an environment which promotes strength, recovery and resilience by addressing a variety of complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Youth in this program have been challenged by a lack of intact family support or underdeveloped supportive kinship networks.The Mapleton Intensive Program is part of our Devereux Pennsylvania Childrens Services (DPACS). DPACS

serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.#sponsoredQualifications:EDUCATION:

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with an active RN license required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.EXPERIENCE:

One year of post-education nursing experience preferred. Candidates should have experience with individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.Valid driver's license must be maintained.Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
