Job Description & Requirements General Surgery Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $2199.97 - $2199.95 This facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 24-Hour Call shifts Setting: Hospital Required Procedures: General Surgical Cases, Trauma cases,Central Line Insertion, Chest Tube Insertion, Vascular Access Devices, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty, and Colon/Small Bowel. Patient Age Demographic: Pediatrics to Geriatrics, Pediatrics could be at the discretion of the physician and pediatrics is typically only skin and soft tissue. Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Facility Location Located at the confluence of the Tennessee and Ohio rivers, Paducah is well known as a hub of activity in western Kentucky.
