responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
Client Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business and technology partners
Client Work collaboratively with product owners, business partners, end users, architects, developers, eQE, scrum masters, and other analysts
Client Analyze, gather, and document business processes and requirements
Client Document scope and conduct business analysis for pivotal initiatives
Client Analyze efficiencies and effectiveness of current solutions
Client Assist in planning and design of solutions via requirements gathering
Client Create workflow models and process maps based on input from multiple sources
Client Prepare project documentation
Client Identify problems and issues, and find solutions

Client Thrive in a hybrid waterfall-agile software delivery environment
Client Break epics down into user stories, and author user stories and acceptance criteria
Client Provide Agile team with context needed to understand broad scope of projects

Qualifications:
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Aviation, or related field or equivalent experience
2-5 years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training
Working experience in airport or airline operations
Experience in Agile methodology, including writing of user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective written and verbal communication
Exhibit creativity and innovation
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Education:
