Pay Range

$64,600.00-$88,800.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

Position Overview:

The Account Manager is a role within the Regional Service Team designed to provide sales and pricing support to the outside sales team and customer base. This role is responsible for providing support to ensure price, earnings and share objectives are achieved. An ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of price realization, impact and proficient negotiation, decision making, and collaboration skills to drive expected business results.

Your-Day-to-Day:Complete and provide analysis to support customer price recommendations.Ensure competitive market price while maintaining market relevance, margin and territory share through project specific pricing.Support Regional Sales and Service Manager to establish regional and territory market pricing strategyManage and facilitate pricing decisions based on established price strategies Obtain and document competitive information related to price for feedback to Regional Sales and Service managers, product management and "price council"Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requests are being supported timely and accuratelyEnsure data accuracy between SAP and Salesforce toolsSupport price page process and communication for Regional Service TeamsSupport maintenance and updates of pricing tools utilized within the Account Manager role and Regional Service TeamsMay be required to perform other related duties as assigned Pull standard JM verbiage for hybrid scheduleWhat You Bring to the Team:

Bachelor's degree 3 years minimum working in customer facing decision making role Experience developing and maintaining relationships internally and externally through excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills)Ability to successfully negotiate complex situationsResult driven with proven ability to analyze and evaluate product lines, customers and marketsAbility to analyze pricing and margin informationAbility to work independently and in a team environment Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Ability to travel up to 15%Preferred Qualifications:
