As a Sr. NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and design. You'll provide NetSuite support for cloud-based business management applications and consulting. This is a remote role with a growing organization in Indianapolis, IN.
What you'll do
Lead NetSuite customizations, configurations, integrations, and migrationsSupport NetSuite projects including new implementations, and enhancementsIdentify and design creative business solutions to improve client's methodology and executionCreate Workflows, Dashboards, Saved Searches, and Inventory reportsDeliver presentations on technical concepts, project plans, and results to stakeholdersLead client projects, including timelines, benefits, and costsEducate internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practicesWhat's in it for youInterface with clients and provide business solutionsTraining and leading junior-level NetSuite consultantsA company that values work-life balance and encourages technical learningYou readily accept challenges and are adept at both tactical and strategic thinkingYou thrive in a collaborative, creative environment where you have high-growth potentialExperience Needed:
Typically, 5+ years of NetSuite implementation and consulting experienceLed 5+ successful NetSuite ImplementationsPreferred construction management experience or mechanical (HVAC, Electrical, Industrial, Fire Suppression Systems)Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or related fieldStrong business acumen and experience in accounting, finance, or operationsTesting NetSuite instances to validate setups, including test plan and test script inputData conversions, integrations, reporting, and NetSuite customizations

Typically, CPA or MS Finance and AccountingNetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP, Consultant, Multi-book, Revenue Management CertificationExcellent communication skills, a subject matter expert for customers and colleaguesProblem-solving, ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designsTakes ownership and responsibility for one's own work and professional career development
