Responsibilities
This is a highly visible and important role within the organization, with significant client contact
This helps to enhance client relationships through staff continuity, you will also have the benefit of working closely with firm partners and experienced CPAs
Be point of contact for clients
Determine issues and conflicts from knowledge on industry trends and proactively communicate solution options to clients and team
Constantly serve client's as a trusted advisor
Lead the staff to ensure on time delivery and accuracy by conducting technical and strategic reviews of tax returns, work papers, etc
Knowledge with foreign reporting, i.e
Collaborate with Partners on tax planning
Research tax issues and providing guidance to clients
Be an advocate for staff by assisting in mentoring, coaching, training, supervising, and evaluating
Contribute to practice development activities that lead to the generation of new business
