**Shuttle Driver**VA Support Services Department A (VADA) Louisville, Kentucky Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$10.80/HR** Apply to join our team at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center and help provide a great service to our nation's veterans.RESPONSIBILITIES* Provide respectful and courteous service to visitors of the Medical Center.* Shuttle veterans and guests from their vehicles in the parking lot, along a determined route, to the entry to the Medical Center to help them make their appointments in a timely manner.* Return guests to their vehicles after appointments.* Assist guests into and out of their vehicles as required.* Load and unload mobility devices from guest's vehicles and the shuttle.* Assist guests as needed.REQUIREMENTS* Must have a valid "Real ID" Driver's License to access Federal facilities.* Must have no more than three traffic incidents within the prior three (3) years.* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening with satisfactory results based on contract and government facility requirements.* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.* Must be a good communicator.Position includes up to an additional $4.22/HR in Health and Welfare cash in lieu of benefits on up to 40 hours per week and will include a raise in hourly rate in accordance with the Federal Contractor Minimum Wage increase Executive Order in the first quarter of 2022.Location Louisville, Kentucky Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation $10.80/HR
