ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly-skilled, team-oriented candidate to assist at one of our top clients. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex Cybersecurity programs. Building strong relationships, influence, strategize, and implement solutions with your partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will participate in:
Lead program delivery to support long-term business objectives that are complex and integratedCreate clear scope definition across all areas of the program, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation.Design, develop, and manage complex integrated roadmaps and delivery plans in a dynamic environment that is constantly adapting to the changing need of the customerPartner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership while effectively driving program delivery; produce program reporting to executive stakeholders on the status and health of the programCapture, resolve, and escalate risk & impediments to ensure that program delivery continues effectively and unencumbered; ensure programs are delivered on time and within budgetSupport senior-level executives and support the creation of C-level presentation materials to support the communication of program-level status and information for various stakeholdersELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's DegreeAt least 10 years of experience in project managementPrior experience/managing cybersecurity initiativesAble to manage multiple large concurrent technology programs or portfolios.Highly organized and detail-oriented; self-motivated.Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company (including Senior Executives) to manage, inform and influence outcomes.Work independently to define, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs and prioritizations.Motivate teams (not always reporting directly to you) to solve problems and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple geographiesExhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive large-scale technical delivery at all levels of the organizationHave experience using planning and task management tools (Gantt, Jira) and common project management practices to support delivery objectives.Experience working with the latest technologies (i.e. AI) is a plus
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $120,000-$175,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
