Davidson Technologies is seeking a Software Architect for Huntsville, AL.

Candidate will develop and deliver the CS4 Electrical Ground Systems Equipment (EGSE) High Level Software Architecture definition, Requirement and Specifications in accordance with SLS Software Development Plan (SDP). CS4 Electrical Ground Support Equipment is the non-flight electrical systems, equipment, and software used to interface with the vehicle avionics system or components to support development, integration, test, and debug of the components and system.

Candidate will deliver inputs to the CS4 EGSE CDR/Requirement definition, Architecture Review and release of FQT-6A/6B software.

The candidate will provide:

CS4 EGSE software requirements development, traceabilityCS4 EGSE Software Architecture and early design inputs and artifactsCS4 EGSE software documentation APDM release supportCS4 EGSE software development activities such as design, code and unit testing including peer reviews, design document development and engineering configuration control

Work with Hardware Engineers to determine optimal Software Architecture strategy and allocation. The Supplier shall create/update scripts, sequence & displays for EUS per CS4 EGSE System Spec. Supplier's EGSE specs/scripts shall permit future upgrades and incremental technology insertion to allow for incorporation of additional or higher performance components with minimal impact to the existing systems. Candidate will provide weekly progress updates to CS4 EGSE leadership.

Provide IT Security of all AIL assets: Scanning, reporting, artifact capture for record, Desk Instruction/Standard operating procedure support, Problem Reports and corrective actions responsibility & deliver all results/changes to the AIL Administrator. Provide adequate program management controls to ensure that tasks are being executed within budget and on schedule. Supplier shall provide a Funds and Man-Hour Expenditure Report in accordance with SDRL 001. Supplier shall provide a Program Status Report in accordance with SDRL 002. Supplier shall ensure that tasks are kept up-to-date and accurate in the project management systems as required.

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of experience. Years of experience can be substituted for degree.

Clearance Requirements:Must possess a Secret Clearance
