SUMMARY OF POSITION

This role involves comprehensive management and support of an organization's ERP system. Responsibilities include documenting business processes and workflows, providing advanced support to the helpdesk for technical issues, and troubleshooting user-reported problems. The role also encompasses planning and executing ERP application updates, collaborating closely with development teams, and managing relationships with ISV partners for product support and upgrades. Additionally, tasks include overseeing EDI processes, assisting with data extract requests, and fulfilling other assigned duties related to optimizing and maintaining the ERP system's functionality.
A minimum of two days per week on-site is required, Wadsworth, OH.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepares documentation around business processes, customizations and workflows.Provides second level support to helpdesk for ERP-related support issues and technical escalation.Performs troubleshooting and research to address end-user reported issues and questions.Defines and executes plans to assess and finalize quarterly version updates to the ERP application, including quality assurance activities.Acts as liaison between ERP development team and helpdesk.Recommends program improvements or modifications to address known issues.Works closely with ERP development team to test and resolve issues.Interfaces with ISV partners to manage product support and upgrades.Manages new and existing EDI trading partners and transactions.Assists business owners with one-off data extract requests.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, Accounting, SCM or other applicable degree preferredExperience
5+ years enterprise systems implementation/administrationFamiliarity with ERP functional areas, including: Sales, Invoicing, Cash receipts, Purchasing, Receiving, and inventory management.Familiarity with AP and manufacturing is a plus.Specific Skills
Effective verbal and written communication capabilities.High attention to detail including precise and effective communications.Systems (hardware, software, computer, etc.)
Proven experience with small or mid-market enterprise resource planning applications, preferably Dynamics AX or D365 F&O.Familiarity with ERP functional areas including: GL, AP, AR, Loan Management, Sales Order Processing, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and EDI.Ability to understand and solve complex business requirements and problems.Experience creating functional design documentation and test plans.Experience creating and maintaining end-user documentation for software applications.Some knowledge of extracting data from MS SQL Server databases using T-SQL scriptsPHYSICAL DEMANDS
Observations Acuity encompasses dealing with and preparing graphics, utilizing a computer terminal or other such technology where the work is at a close distance to the eyes.Physical Activities include repetitive motions of the wrist, hand, or fingers, conveying with others, and hearing.Physical Requirements are sedentary work, which involves sitting most of the time. There is also the occasional exertion of 50 pounds of force.WORK ENVIRONMENT
