We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Onboarding and Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new healthcare provider clients.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients from contracting through go live. Providing expert guidance and support throughout the process to ensure their successful onboarding.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including project planning, timeline management, and execution of implementation tasks.Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.Collaborate with internal teams (such as Sales, Operations, and Support) to coordinate resources and deliverables during the implementation phase.Provide training sessions and workshops to educate clients on how to use our platform effectively.Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and recommendations based on industry knowledge and product expertise.Ensure a seamless handoff to the Customer Success team upon successful completion of the onboarding process.Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3 or more years of Proven experience in client onboarding, project management, or implementation management within a healthcare revenue cycle, technology, or similar industry.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with legal, personal injury, financial services and/or healthcare industry.Experience with Project Management tools like Smartsheet, Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.Why Join Us:
