Responsibilities:
Tax compliance, preparation, & review of: complex multi-state returns, consolidated returns & foreign reporting for both businesses and entitiesTax compliance, preparation, & review of tax returns for high-net worth individualsDirect interaction with partners & clients, along with management of numerous client accountsSupervision of Associate accountantsUnderstanding of foreign tax concepts for individual and business returnsPrior experience working with Forms 990 and 990-PF a plusQualifications:
Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelors Degree with major in AccountingMasters Degree highly preferredCPA designation or Must be able to meet 150 credit requirement for CPA eligibilityKnowledge of or previous experience working with ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plusU.S. GAAP/GAAS knowledge & U.S. tax expertiseCurrent work experience in public accounting with exposure to individual, corporation, and partnership taxation
