? :What youll do as a Lead Data EngineerLead and mentor a team of data engineers, overseeing the development and execution of data solutionsDevelop and implement data engineering strategies to meet organizational needs, and ensure timely delivery of reporting solutionsCreate and optimize reporting solutions such as PowerBI reports and dashboardsCreate complex data models and queries to provide meaningful insights and visualizationsCollaborate with business leaders, analysts, and other departments to understand their data needsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions such as PowerBI or Alteryx and ensure alignment with business objectivesMonitor data systems and reports to ensure they are performing optimally. Implement improvements and address performance issues as they ariseIdentify and resolve data-related issues and provide support for data-related inquiries
? :What youll needTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this company8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on PowerBI & proven experience managing complex reporting projectsExpertise in PowerBI, including report creation, data modeling, semantic modelHands on Developer Experience with MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI and DAXProficiency in SQL and experience with database management systemsExperience with ETL processes and data integration toolsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and big data technologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions
