Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters) in commercial and residential structuresCollaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other professionals during construction.Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, identifying and diagnosing plumbing problems using appropriate tools and techniquesCompletes light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as requiredKeep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials usedAdhere to all plumbing building codes and regulations
Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainageKnowledge of local building plumbing codes and regulationsAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing challenges accordinglyCommunication and intrapersonal skills, including customer serviceCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with the intricacies of working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copperAttention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in basic mathematics and measurement conversion

Requirements:
5 years of experience or more is preferred in both residential and commercial plumbingCapable of completing assignments with little supervisionValid Driver's License
