Coverage dates: ASAP – Ongoing (Prefer 6 month + commitment but will review 3 months with option to extend)•

Setting: Clinic•

Schedule: 10:30a-7:00p - 40 Hours weekly - Rotating coverage every other weekend with days off during week•

No Call•

Daily Responsibilities: Family Practice/Medicine - Colds/Flu/Diabetes/Hypertension/B&B Primary Care setting•

Patients per shift: Estimated 3-4 patients per hour – 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift•

EMR: Epic•

Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 5 Providers that work 9a-9p and 4 providers that work 10a-10p•

Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 60-90 Days

Requirements:•

Active unrestricted CA License & Furnishing License•

Active BLS certifications•

Minimum 3 years of experience•

Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster•

Board Certified•

Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.•
