**Innovative Cleaning Services****Lull driver****Construction - Cincinnati, OH - Part Time to Full Time*** Responsibilities***General Labor:*** Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments (example: hot sun, cold, wet weather, mud, etc.).* Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.* Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods during an 10 hour shift.* Be able to lift 50lbs or more, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.* 40 hours per week, and overtime as required* Physical work is a primary part (more than 80%) of the job.* Regular, reliable and predictable attendance require* Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.* Must be a team player and able to work between multiple departments to reach a common goal.* Must wear required personal protective equipment at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, etc).* Advise immediate supervisor of any safety or job related problems.* Must comply with all OHSA safety requirements and regulations.**Operators:*** Loading and Unloading of materials off trucks.* Moving materials to areas around the site.* Staging materials* Removing pallets and trash from rows* Setting torque tubes (if needed)* Assist laborers at times when needed***Felons are encouraged to apply!***
