Enjoy delivering excellent client service, with superior results. Hands-on and passionate about developing yourself and others. As a Tax Manager, you should be able to lead your own engagements, lead a tax team, juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Finally enjoy collaborating with multiple teams along with demonstrating your technical abilities in a variety of Tax areas.
What you'll be doing:
Candidates at this level will need to have an active CPA.
Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service.Exemplary leadership skills: ability to mentor, train, and develop junior team members.Perceptively identify tax risk management issues and work to develop various solutions to partner consideration.Provide tax provision preparation, review, and support services to clients on complex engagements. Develop and ensure accurate, timely filings of all tax forms.Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering accurate recommendations and considerations.Make suggestions to help improve departmental efficiencyPossess strong technical taxation skills and the ability to form strong client relationships.Experience in business developmentAdditional duties as requested.Requirements :
5+ years of public accounting experience2+ years in a supervisory role within a public accounting firmCPA requiredBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldExperience directly managing and interacting with clients through a variety of channelsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detailAdvanced knowledge of applicable accounting software, QuickBooks, CCH Axcess & Engagement preferredUS work authorization requiredWhat we offer:
