Recruiting Coordinator , reporting to the
Senior Manager, Recruiting,
to support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. This will be a 6-month contract position.
This will be a full-time, 6 month contract,
non-exempt
position located in our
Long Beach
location.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end scheduling of candidate interviews (onsite or virtual) for both technical and non-technical rolesCoordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses as necessaryAct as a partner for recruiting operations problems and find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaborationStreamline processes to improve both external candidates' and internal stakeholders' experienceManage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal formMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR Coordination, or other human resources function1+ years of experience in coordinating travel for candidatesPreferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in a fast-paced start-up or corporate environment1+ years of experience with GreenhouseSelf-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detailStrong customer service mindsetExcellent communicator and problem solverAbility to be flexible, adaptable, and maintain unwavering poise under pressureHighly organized with a knack for building relationships
Salary Range: California
$25-$40 USD
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand. Salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package.
