We're building a sustainable network of high-tech, end-to-end manufacturing solutions to better withstand disruptive events, serve scientific discovery, and reach those in need.For more information, please visit www.resilience.comPosition Summary & ResponsibilitiesThe Integration Manager manages the design, development, implementation and support of frontend and backend APIs/Messaging solutions using middleware integration tools and platform(s) to integrate disparate business systems in multi-tier environments across Resilience. Key responsibilities include:General description of the roleCollaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand integration requirements, gather input, and ensure alignment with business needs.Create and maintain required artifacts related to integration best practices, standards, patterns, protocols, procedures and guidelines, code reviews etc.Lead the design, development, and support of integration capabilities between various applications/data sources/systems/devices using Resilience's iPaaS platform and tools.Manage onshore, offshore, contract, and partner personnel for SOW related development projects.Manage integrations related resource planning and project scheduling.Manage integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Budget for resource allocation, tooling, and 3rd-party servicesEnsure appropriate communication of project status, deliverables, and features to stakeholders.Oversee production support, troubleshoot, and resolve integration related issues.Minimum Job Qualifications:Solid experience with leading and implementing integration platforms and tools such as Boomi or similar.Strong knowledge of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies such as ESB, ETL, APIs, SOA, REST, SOAP, etc.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience with AWS Cloud ServicesPreferred Job Qualifications3-5 years hands on experience in integration management, design, and development, preferably in regulated or manufacturing industry sectors.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Proficiency with SAP usage (or a comparable ERP system) and knowledge of transactions (Production Orders, Production Confirmations, Material Movements, Quality notifications).Experience with Coupa Business Spend and Supplier Information Management or other electronic sourcing toolsOnly full time employees are eligible for considerationRole/Site Specific RequirementsAll employees are expected to adhere to the Quality Management System established in the QualityManual, Quality Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, and any other applicable regulations and standards to the duties within their role.Resilience is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
