As a Charge Nurse at CHI St Vincent, you'll oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients. Your previous experience in ICU adds tremendous value to our nursing team.Every interaction is an opportunity to improve your understanding of a patient's needs, the needs of your nursing team, or the needs of your unit. You're an excellent communicator in 1:1 interactions and in front of groups. sign on bonus up to $25,000
to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance.Qualifications:Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas2 years of acute care experience is required, preferably in a ICU settingBLS through the
