This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesPerform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting to all levels for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.
Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
Support and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to find talent.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
a plus.
1+ years experience in Human Resources and / or recruiting
preferred.
Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
