5F Clinical Decision Unit
$30,000 Sign on Bonus for qualified individuals
5F is the Clinical Decision Unit at Baptist Health Lexington. We care for Observation/Short Stay populations from the Emergency Department, Cath Lab, and PACU. The environment is fast paced and you will care for a diverse patient population where quality care is our top priority. 5F includes a supportive team committed to treating all with integrity, respect, and compassion. This is the perfect unit for new graduates and experienced nurses seeking a practice change.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
•Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky
•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an Associate's Degree in Nursing will be acceptable for initial hire with the understanding that the individual must be enrolled within 12 months in a Bachelors Degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years.
•Basic Life Support
•ACLS/PALS/NRP and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment
