Job DescriptionHealthcare United is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist, a full-time GI Hospitalist, two part-time Gastroenterologists, and one full-time APP to join a dynamic team in Coles County, Illinois, just 45 minutes south of Champaign. The practice offers flexibility with options for a 4-day workweek in a traditional setting or a 7 on/7 off GI hospitalist schedule. The office is conveniently attached to the hospital, ensuring easy access to inpatient consults.

Requirements
BC/BE in Gastroenterology
Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Flexibility to choose between a traditional practice or hospitalist role
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Benefits
Competitive Salary: $550,000 + bonus based on RVU production
Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
Retention Bonus: $60,000 total, paid in increments of $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2, & 3
Quality Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, eligible upon earning the base salary
Time Off: Varies based on practice type
CME Allowance: $6,000 annually
Call Schedule: 1:3
