Proven expert in working in an Agile environment
A self Starter and quick learner is a MUST
Expirence as a BA on an enterprise level
Leadership abilities and qualities is a MUST
Proven ability to support legacy systems/ learn legacy systems
Experience with ceremonies, sprint planning, story pointing, user story development)
Ability to write functional requirements including expected results.
Ability to write/review a detailed test plan and execute it.
Log bugs and retest.
Good written and oral communication skills (English)
Ability to work in a team setting -- work directly with users and developers.
Experience with web applications and data interfaces.
Good knowledge of Office365 tools.
Willingness to learn and show initiative.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have a strong systems and process orientation.
