Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a major casino and hospitality client in Las Vegas. The successful candidate will play a key role in a high-impact project focused on data privacy, GDPR compliance, PII data management, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) case management. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to data privacy, GDPR, PII data management, and AML case management. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior management to ensure clear understanding and communication of project objectives. Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices. Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and comply with relevant regulations. Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Project Support: Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or processes. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all processes and solutions meet the required compliance standards, including GDPR and AML regulations. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong technical background. Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in data privacy, GDPR, PII data management, and AML case management preferred. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Technical Skills: Familiarity with data protection technologies and regulatory compliance tools. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Documentation: Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation, including requirements and process flows.
