Project Implementation Manager - Brewery . Ecolab's Water for Climate program supports clients with outcome-based water solutions to help ensure businesses and their communities have access to the water they need to thrive.

In this role, you will be part of the Ecolab operations team working closely with the Ecolab Water for Climate (EWC) program manager, EWC dedicated expert team, as well as the Food & Beverage and Nalco Water field sales teams. You will support Ecolab brewery clients, working full time at the assigned customer site, and will be responsible for the execution of the planned projects. As the Implementation Manager, you will lead the projects, facilitate resources and equipment on time, and report on progress.

What you will do:

Manage and Execute EWC Roadmap Projects

Prepare the implementation schedule based on the provided roadmap with a detailed description of activities (by week), timelines, internal and external resources, equipment installation.Lead and coordinate the projects agreed on by quarter.Responsible for the timely implementation of the agreed projects.Document delays and root causes timely and precisely.Communicate with Internal & External Stakeholders

Prepare and communicate the quarterly projects overview which are connected to the performance-based fees.Communicate on a weekly base to the Ecolab program manager the progress of the projects.Support the CAM team with invoicing of the agreed fees.Available to answer questions over the projects by the brewery at first contact.Explain the principles of the agreement to external stakeholders.Manage and Direct Resources

Manage the necessary support by the brewery, Ecolab resources and external partner resources on time.Responsible for sign-off of projects.Raise issues on time and participate in exploring possible solutions.Ask for timely help in case of conflicts, progress blockers etc.Position Details

Position is based in Albany, GA, working directly at the customer siteSchedule may vary based on project implementation requirementsBasic Qualifications

Bachelors degree, preferably in STEM, chemical or mechanical engineering, food technology or related education2 or more years experience in an industrial, manufacturing settingsValid drivers license and acceptable driving recordPreferred Qualifications

Project management experience; PMP certification is an assetAffinity with food & beverage processing, technical knowledge of breweries, quality management experienceClear communicator (written-verbally) to internal and external (brewery) stakeholders at different levels (shop floor, experts, brewery management, corporate management)Organized: Works in a structured way and reports in a transparent wayAbility to influence without direct authority, this position will manage and coordinate projects done by vendors, Ecolab employees, and customer employeesAbility to deliver results on time, in fullUnderstand Ecolab value proposition for industrial customersAble to explain in a compact and transparent way to our external and internal stakeholders, the benefits and value of the offered Ecolab solutionsKnows how to get the right information internally from experts and the commercial teamAbility to work under time pressureStrong relationship building skills with both internal and external stake holdersDemonstrated ability to achieve results through others, managing task tension and competing priorities including delegating and escalating effectively
