This role is a core QA delivery role driving testing, including system integration, regression testing, user acceptance, and supporting various other aspects of testing. This role will be part of the SAP QA team reporting to Sr. Manager, QA.What you will do:Work with business SMEs, functional consultants and/or developers to understand the requirements and plan the test requirements.Design, develop and deliver the test scenarios by collaborating with developers, architects, product owners and businessManage and maintain E2E test scenarios and test cases required to minimize solution defects in productionManage the test repository and keep its content up to date for various testing activities, such as regression testing and SIT.Design/develop the test plan based on the defined test strategyReview and validate functional specification to identify the testing scope across multiple testing levelsPrepare and manage test data requirements for various testing activities in the project and sustainment areasSupport test team members when required, including work assignments and progress reportingPerform smoke testing in various environments to avoid any hiccups during regression/SITExecute integration, regression and performance testing and document results to ensure proper operation and solution with minimum defectsLearn and develop automation-related skills to reduce manual workload, if requiredExecute automated and/or manual test cases and report on results to take signoff on testing completion.Work with the Sr. Manager, QA to develop a QA strategy and maturity model for the SAP S4 solution landscapeWorks within the project team and test team to address issues and report statusVerify defects through analysis to identify gaps in the testing scope and improve the test suite for the futureReport defects discovered through testing and escalate where appropriate.Analyze opportunities for automation of test execution, results analysis, test data creation, and environment needsIdentify the root cause for test failures and recommend solutions to mitigate any risks associated with itPlan, prepare and provide regular status reporting in the assigned testing area

What you will bring:Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experienceA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a SAP test role in a large enterprise environmentAbility to analyze business requirements and overall system design to drive test strategiesTesting experience in one or more of the following business process areas is required - R2R, P2P, S2D, F2P, O2CExperience with using test management tools such as HP ALM and some understanding of the testing automation toolsetBroad knowledge of the software testing processExperience with the test management and defect management tool usage and configurationDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. Good troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail is requiredAbility to Identify, develop, and use metrics for decision supportExposure to SAP testing practices and various approachesMust be able and willing to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

Compensation & Benefits:The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.$79,600 - $109,450 USD. This range is estimated for an Analyst, Quality Assurance in Loveland, CO.Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
