The Scope of this project will be to modernize the Oyster Lease Management System application our client. With the updating of this application, efficiencies will be implemented and processes will be streamlined to improve the user experience and reduce manual workarounds for employees on the program side and the accounting side. The current application is over 10 years old and in a software language that is limiting so changes are very difficult and expensive to implement. We determined it would be less expensive to rebuild the system rather than try to implement needed fixes and improvements in the old system.
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:Development, administration & configuration of a custom-built . NET development projectProvide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel for all requested workProvide oversight and guidance of the customer-agencys replacement software and make performance improvementsPerform code reviews and testing on new codeParticipates in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremoniesCooperation with the client's Technical Architect to ensure compliance with the standards of the client's applications
