Linux Administrator

to join our team.

ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on design, development, configuration, implementation, and support of integration solutions based on IIB, DataPower, MQ, ITX technologySupport parallel projects in an agile development environment, handling day to day issues, incident management and releasesCreate project deliverables including design documents, mapping specs, test plans, code promotion check lists etc.Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime serviceEngineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needsFault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptionsProactively monitoring system performance and capacity planningManage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardwareCollaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processesPerforms other duties as assigned.Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement."Requirements

Previous working experience as a Linux AdministratorKnowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.Familiarity with VMWare and SAN management and conceptsExperience using configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, or similar technologies).Expert in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scriptingSolid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMPAdditional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and LPIC) will be considered an advantageStrong problem solving and communication skills
