This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award. Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure the mechanism allows for sharing unclassified, non-sensitive, non-proprietary program management information and actions associated with this effort. Post appropriate cost, schedule, and performance information to facilitate Quality Control. Integrate this mechanism into the Contractor's management processes, ensuring accessibility for Government principals and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for collaboration. Prepare and publish agendas in advance for all official meetings with the Government. Record and distribute meeting minutes for all official meetings and teleconferences. Establish an internal communications mechanism to facilitate information sharing and collaboration. Requirements: Expert-level knowledge of the operation, troubleshooting, and service request/delivery for IT used on the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Information Environment (SIE), including commercial, unclassified, and classified networks. Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity issues in support of Audio/Visual (AV) systems in classrooms and conference rooms. Ability to support AV requirements for command events and ceremonies. Meet all requirements to manage and serve as the system administrator on the SIE, including Security certification.
