Join our fintech culture within a Blue-Chip company where we are changing the way we use technology to support our customers, dealers and business.Overview?The Sr Salesforce Developer will be part of the IO (International Operations) business team providing business application solutions to enhance dealers' experience while doing business with GM Financial. Day to day activities will involve developing on the Salesforce.com platform, creating VisualForce Pages/Apex Classes and providing technical documentation. Responsibilities also include researching and implementing new technology solutions not necessarily limited to the Salesfore.com platform. The Senior Salesforce Developer is expected to perform day to day activities while staying in compliance according to corporate standards and maintaining professionalism at all times.Responsibilities:What makes you an ideal candidate?Research various internal requests to determine appropriate course of action and follow through to resolutionMaintain thorough understanding of data and information resources and technical requirement documentationUtilize technical aspects within Salesforce such as Apex triggers, classes and batch jobsDevelop enhancements to Salesforcecom and related systemsProvide ongoing technical support of existing integrated Salesforce applicationsAnalyze and identify technical needs within Salesforce and Website integrationLead the design for integration of SFDC Design and develop solutions in VisualForce, Apex Conduct technical process, design and build reviews with the superiorsLeadership of technical objectives relevant to implementation, design for specifications, and running technical architecture meetingsEvangelize best practice implementation experience of SFDC and Forcecom implementationsConduct Whiteboard sessions to define roadmap of implementations with key business and IT owners, and lead meetings to derive key requirements and demonstrate potential solutions with SFDCAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce.comAdvanced working knowledge of reporting systems and languages to include SQL and SAS
Qualifications:ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelors Degree in Computer Science or Management Information experience; or over 7 years of Salesforce experience or equivalent work requiredBilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese highly preferredWhat We Offer:
