In the environment and culture we have created, every individual has the opportunity to have a voice, learn and develop his/her skills and to be a part of the R&M family.Robins & Morton is looking for a Laborer to contribute to the physical building of our exciting construction projects.If youre motivated to work for a company who values putting the interest of our clients first, treating everyone associated with a project fairly and caring about each other as family, then we are interested in you!We are looking for a candidate who will consistently show integrity and collaborate with the team to provide physical labor, operate hand and power tools and a variety of other equipment. He/she will help maintain clean and prepared sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and remove up rubble and debris. The candidate will be readily willing to help other craft teammates, and successfully perform the duties as lead by the Labor Foreman or R&M Manager.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.)* Run and maintain various construction equipment, including but not limited to: pumps, compressors, generators, and various other construction equipment.* Load and unload trucks.
