Description
Operate refuse trucks and mechanical loaders to pick up, transport, and dispose of solid waste and recyclables on assigned routes. Other duties include, but are not limited to, loading and unloading trucks, bins, bags, and other containers and materials. Also, maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned refuse trucks and loaders. Operate commercial automatic and manual vehicles.
Requirements
Must have at least one year of previous experience or training, including operating commercial automatic and manual vehicles.Candidate must possess and maintain a current California Class B Driver's License.Must have the ability to bend and lift up to 100 lbs.High School Diploma or GED required.
