Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences and requirements- Showcase and demonstrate used vehicles to highlight features and benefits- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing- Negotiate effectively to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and market trends- Educate customers on the advantages of owning a specific used vehicle and overcome objections- Complete necessary paperwork accurately- Work closely with the finance department to secure financing options for customers- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Necessary Skills / Experience- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car segment- Familiarity with dealership processes and customer relationship management- Honesty and ethical behavior- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional buying experience- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships- Valid Drivers License
