Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Consultant - Innovation your expertise will help Concentrix's clients align their people, processes and technology with a business strategy, and vision, for future success.Concentrix Innovation Consultants work proactively with clients, Concentrix Sales, Technology, Product and delivery teams to solution and deliver on innovative solutions like Smart Assist, Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots, QA Automation, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, etc. Based on the client's strategic objectives, you'll improve performance across their business through reshaping processes, transforming the organization, and using enabling technology effectively.Being in Innovation function, you are a trusted business advisor & change agent, responsible for working with clients to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process improvement and efficiency opportunities, automation and tech interventions, organization enablement or knowledge. You'll use best practices, benchmarking, and consultative tools to identify, align and change the factors that affect organizational performance, stability, and teaming, to develop comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations. You will also be responsible to project or program manage some of these initiatives and ultimately create a transformation roadmap for the clients.You will be responsible to manage all Innovation effort for the assigned portfolio of clients in the NA region.Responsibilities -

- Co-innovate with our clients to outline transformation roadmaps.

- Support delivery, account management, sales teams in problem solving and driving business growth.

- Opportunity Identification by conducting detailed Process Discoveries &/ Customer Journey Mapping.

- Develop Innovative solutions which helps in addressing the identified people, process, technology opportunities.

- Lead innovation related discussion with the clients during the business review meetings, innovation councils and Consulting engagements.

- Work closely with product, project management, IT, delivery teams to implement solutions as designed and monitor results / impact.

- Create a culture of problem solving by imparting trainings.

- Identify new technologies which can help us improve CNX &/ our client's business processes.

- Improve existing technology assets / offerings by contributing in refining product backlogs and by supporting POCs.

- Monitor and optimize performance and utilization of the deployments and drive savings / benefits from the projects delivered.

Requirements -Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 6+ years on experience in BPS / CX industryComprehensive understanding of Business Process Service & CX business & associated channelsStrong expertise in industries/domains like Automotive; BFSI; Consumer Electronics; Energy and Public Sector; Healthcare Services; Insurance, Media & Communications; Retail & eCommerce; Technology; and Travel, Transportation & TourismSolution Design - Business Transformation RoadmapsTransformation / Process Re-engineering (RPA, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean / Six Sigma)Strong understanding of AI enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc)Expertise in conducting Process Discoveries & write Process Design DocumentsBusiness Analyst certification on any of the leading RPA Platforms (UI Path, AA, BP, etc) preferredKeen interest in Generative AI bases solutions and AI enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.) and keen interest in Generative AI based solutionsLean Six Sigma BB / MBB Certification is a bonusAgile/ Scrum Certification is preferredExperience in Organization Change ManagementExperience in Agile MethodologyExperience in Customer Journey MappingVery good understanding of Design ThinkingExcellent verbal and written communication skills - EnglishExcellent Presentation and Use case story boarding skillsVery strong internal and external stakeholder managementStrong Power Point and Excel skillsAbility to work with cross functional teamsAbility to travel up to 25%
