Opportunity Overview:One of the only level 2 traumas in the cityEmergency department (ED) with 34 beds and robust specialty supportSee an average of 2 patients per hour47 hours per day of physician coverage and 16 hours per day of APC coverage24-hour, in-house radiology readsInternal medicine residents rotate through the EDEnjoy working alongside a facility medical director with over 15 years of tenure and a regional medical director with 23 years tenure with this El Paso hospital systemYou should be emergency medicine boarded or emergency medicine board eligible. 2025 emergency medicine residents are encouraged to apply!
