Your focus will be growing the eCommerce practice at RSM with emphasis on the Shopify ecosystem, help to define the delivery methodology, and have direct impact on the Firm and client success. Show us your talent by sending a link to your portfolio or examples of recent work.Responsibilities:Engage with clients and prospects to define the solution using Shopify's technology ecosystem, and other relevant tools and integrationsWork with the team to estimate effort, timeline, and budget for new and existing implementationsLead project teams to understand and find creative solutions to client's requirementsDesign and build cutting-edge websites and web-based applicationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience) requiredMust have 5+ years of professional experience in web application design and developmentExperience working in an Architect or project lead role on multiple Shopify Plus implementationsExperience and interest in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, other modern JavaScript frameworks and librariesExperience in developing solutions to solve complex business needsExhibits a sense of urgency when dealing with break fix issues that directly impact end user utilizationAble to efficiently and effectively manage problem solving activities either in a team format or individually; must be able to communicate with diverse groups of users and developersExceptional attention to detail and knowledge of coding/application design best practicesExcellent client skills and customer relationship management skillsSolid understanding of business and information technology processesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business termsPreferred Qualifications:Developed complex enterprise Shopify solutions, including apps, extensionsImplemented Shopify POS and POS extensionsExperience working on modern eCommerce platforms other than Shopify PlusExperience with marketing tools and technologies (Marketing Cloud / CRM integrations)Experience with web-based extensions and scripting techniques - JavaScript experience preferredExperience with React, Angular, Node.JS, Backbone.JS, Bootstrap, HTML/HTML5, SASS, and GitHub preferredFamiliarity with Responsive Web Design and Mobile application development is a plusProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / FigmaAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Compensation Range: $91,200 - $172,700Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
