We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support our client's newly established Technology Assessment Program. The IT Project Coordinator will help to process and track open technology assessment/review requests and handle various administrative duties including managing spreadsheets, performing word processing tasks, and organizing files and records for the program. The coordinator will schedule appointments and assist the program manager with important delegated tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
2-5 years of experience managing spreadsheetsAbility to work independently and take direction effectivelyStrong written and verbal skillsStrong organizational skills and records management experienceExperience scheduling appointmentsAn empathetic, collaborative, and positive team member
Duties/Responsibilities
Analyze incoming technical review requests and guide customers appropriatelyWork with the program coordinator to document client needs and improve business processesCoordinate and monitor technology assessment requests throughout the programCoordinate and schedule meetings between the program manager and requesters, as neededUse reporting tools to develop reports for business processes and to track team productivityMaintain scoring and prioritization of technology review/assessment requestsCommunicate weekly status updates to team, development, requestorsDocument and distribute meeting minutesAssist with managing specific request categories, such as mobile applications and server requestsHelp draft process workflow documents as part of the ServiceNow project
