The Opportunity:
As a Front End Software Engineer, you will be central to the organization's digital strategy and innovation efforts. Working with various departments, you will develop user-centric, data-driven software solutions that enhance margins and drive new revenue. The ideal candidate is a front end developer with a strong eye for UX, capable of designing and implementing complex UIs. Given the company's rapid growth, you'll need to be adaptable and ready to grow alongside it.
Responsibilities:
Serve as an IT ambassador, partnering across the organization to build strong relationships.
Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members in an Agile-ish environment.
Engage in application architecture discussions, staying updated on new technologies.
Lead in writing front-end code while also contributing to .NET backend development.
Write clean, well-documented, and unit-tested code.
Participate in code reviews on GitHub, both giving and receiving feedback.
Work with InfoSec and compliance teams to ensure applications meet security standards.Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
High proficiency in React: Experience with React, including hooks, context API, performance optimization, and debugging.
Proficiency in ASP.NET Core
Passion for UX
Experience with component libraries: Familiarity with popular libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, or similar.
State management: Knowledge of libraries like Zustand, MobX, or Redux.
Experience with caching: Knowledge of caching strategies and libraries like React Query, SWR, or similar.
Proficiency in TypeScript: Strong understanding of ES6+ features, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
SQL Server: Understanding of database design and query optimization.Gold Star if you have experience with:
Docker, Kubernetes, Dapr, .NET Aspire
Azure Functions, Azure CosmosDB
GitHub Actions and other infra tools for testing, deployment, etc.
