GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the corporate office of United Parks & Resorts located in Orlando, FL. The Data Analyst will work on a team with data product owners, data engineers, and BI developers to deliver high quality, value-adding data products to the enterprise.To facilitate the goals of the data product team, you will uncover, analyze, and document insights using SQL, Python, and/or other BI tools as necessary
Complete data quality analyses including data profiling, identify trends, gaps, and opportunitiesOptimize existing SQL queries and Python Scripts as necessaryPartner with business stakeholders and translate those business needs into clear and concise technical specifications for data engineering and/or application engineer needs to deliver valueCreate reports, presentations, and communicate to wide audience about dataAssist the data product team with data governance activitiesQualifications
Expertise with SQL, Python, and ExcelStrong verbal, written, and visualization skillsTechnical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentationProficiency in statistics and mathematicsExperience with Google Cloud Platform (Big Query, Looker Studio, Looker Pro)Problem-solving skillsAccuracy and attention to detailTeam-working skillsMust be available to work onsite in Orlando, FL
