The Performance Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid marketing channels across multiple brands under the Havenly umbrella. This position is responsible for executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various online platforms like Google and Meta while also supporting offline print and retail channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and has a passion for digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:

Aid in deployment of digital campaigns, adjusting spend and optimizations as needed in platform

Assist in monitoring and tracking marketing budgets, providing regular updates to Manager

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROI, and ROAS to assess the effectiveness of campaigns

Utilize insights from reporting and analysis to make recommendations to the Manager/Director regarding spend and campaign optimizations

Implement A/B tests and optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve outcomes

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives are aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines; brief in creative needs for paid campaigns

Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to the marketing team and other key stakeholders; participate in creating new dashboards as needed

Update project details in project management tool and internal documents as needed

Flex into other marketing areas on an as needed basis to support broader Growth Team

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce or DTC environment or advertising agency

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)

Experience across marketing channels: digital, retail, advertising, marketing, social, print

Experience with project management software, such as Basecamp or Asana

Strong business acumen, a solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in budgeting and data analysis

Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced retail start-up environment

Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate and work with all Growth team members as well as cross-functional partners

Problem solver, with proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions independently

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus

Additional Details:

This is a hybrid full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO. The expectation for this role is that the individual will be onsite 2-3 days per week

Targeted compensation range for this role: $55-60K/year, dependent upon experience
