What You Will Do:

Serve as the point of contact for investment management clients and work closely with colleagues to build trusted and loyal client relationships. Provide timely responses to client investment inquiries or requests. Ensure client satisfaction through adherence to client segment service standards, maintenance of the relationship, and proactive outreach for quarterly reviews.Support the growth and development of the Profit Center's investment portfolio by partnering with the team to advise prospective, new, and existing clients with a holistic approach that encompasses all products and services of the bank and drives referrals to other business lines.Identify and introduce new opportunities to the office via individual networking and consultative selling, as a portion of the overall annual office non-interest income fee growth goal will be assigned to the associate.Quarterback and provide sales support for new opportunities as appropriate. Coordinate preparation of RFPs, investment sales presentations, and compiling other materials as necessary. Ensure appropriate follow-up through client acceptance and new account opening, including onboarding.Develop asset allocation strategies for clients, in compliance with enterprise-wide recommendations regarding portfolios and related benchmarks (e.g., performance, attribution, portfolio composition, etc.). Maintain asset allocation discipline as assigned by First Western Trust Investment Policy Statement (IPS).Ability to produce cash flow and wealth planning tools designed to enhance client relationships and expand Bank wallet share.Drive investment product strategies and initiatives as appropriate.Assist with new associate training and onboarding as requested and mentoring of other Portfolio Manager(s) and Investment Associate(s), including joint calling efforts.Consistent compliance with operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements that safeguard assets, including monitoring exceptions, tracking items, asset reviews.Community Involvement: Maintain a presence within our markets and communities through philanthropic and business boards involvement, as well as networking with like-minded professionals within the industry.

What You Bring:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills.Experience with CRM preferred.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.High initiative and follow-through.Ability to work independently and with a team.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Able to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and self-starter.
