to enhance its
Corporate Law
team.The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with corporate tax strategies and other common corporate transactional and operational matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, structuring, and governance. Key responsibilities will include:Identifying tax advantagesDrafting corporate documentsReviewing operating agreements, contracts, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and equity purchase and sale transactionsStrong leadership skills are essential to guide and mentor junior attorneys on the team.Salary Range:
