Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join the team in
Sebring, FL - the City on the Circle . Board Certified/Board Eligible, experienced and resident physicians are encouraged to apply.Practice HighlightsBusy, established, newly remodeled practice with plenty of growing roomLarge staff with 22 employees, including mammogram, ultrasound and surgical suitesApproximately 2.5 days in clinic; 1 surgery day; 2 days covering Labor & Delivery (flexible)Average daily patient census 35-40 totalAverage deliveries 40 - 60 per monthGreat mentorship opportunity for resident physicians1:5 weekend Call (Midwives take 1st call/Physicians take 2nd Call from home)Deliveries are performed at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital/GYN surgeries are performed at HCA Highlands Hospital$100k Sign-on/retention bonusLocation qualifies for Loan Forgiveness ProgramAbove average base salary, plus productivity bonuses (opportunity to double your salary in year 2)Partnership in 2 yearsFull or Part-time schedule
