As a Secondary Capstone Committee Member at Keiser University, you'll be supportive and influential in our students' Capstone Projects. Your position requires providing additional expertise and guidance throughout the project, supplementing the primary mentorship provided by the Capstone Chair.

You'll be relied upon for your content expertise, which should complement the subject area of the student's Capstone Projects. You'll help shape these projects, offering timely feedback and assisting with content development and draft revisions of the scholarly manuscripts.

Your voice is critical in this collaborative process, and you'll be expected to actively participate in reviewing and approving project proposals, oral presentations, and dissemination materials. Any concerns should be communicated promptly and effectively with both the students and the Capstone Chair.

Moreover, if a student includes you in the authorship list, you'll be responsible for reviewing and approving the manuscript before its final submission for publication. Your expertise can be harnessed from inside or outside Keiser University, as we welcome both university faculty and non-university subject matter experts into this role, subject to approval by the program director and Capstone Chair.

The Capstone Committee Member is only required to have a doctoral degree and no licenses.
