Analytics Team Data Processing Specialist and Coordinator
under the direct supervision of the Corporate Analytics Project Manager will perform a variety of tasks. The data processing aspect requires routine data analysis, review for data errors and data validation. Responsibilities:What You Can Expect:Assist the Project Manager in maintaining and tracking all Analytic project documentation, which may include pending projects, initial DCI approval, bi-annual status reports, project outcome summaries, manuscripts, etc.Provide assistance on projects as requested which may include but is not limited to entering data into databases, and aiding in data verification.Aid in submitting CME application, which includes gathering required documentation from meeting organizers, communicate with UNM CME Office, summarize meeting attendee feedback.Support the Analytics Team with project planning, monitoring, and timeliness.Record and maintain meeting notes regarding staff meetings and for various projects as requested.Attend seminars/classes to enhance professional development per approval by management.
Qualifications:Successful Candidates Bring:Aptitude for organization, communication, and critical thinking skills.High level of attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsDemonstrable track record of building relationships with team and stakeholdersExperience and comfort with Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel is a must.Education/Training:Prefer Associate Degree or Technical Certification.Coursework on data processing and analysis required, with at least 2 years of experience processing and presenting data for academia, research or industry.Minimum two years experience working and tracking multiple quality/safety and/or research projects while interfacing with outside customers and/or other employees.DCI is committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization.
