Family Nurse Practitioner needed a
25-hour shift per week
at Care Connect at Saint Agnes Health Center. The Saint Agnes Family Health Center offers same-day appointments and accepts walk-in patients from 10 am to 8 pm in its Immediate Care Setting. Must be comfortable with patients of all ages for acute and chronic health issues. No imaging, splinting, or casting. Minor laceration repair only.

Maryland CRNP-Family licenseCDS and DEACPR/BLSAt least one (1) year of experience in primary care settingAble to see all ages
