What you'll do:

Schedule, confirm, and support meetings for government VIP customersMonitor and maintain physical security of conference facilitiesAnalyze customer administrative processes and procedures, and recommend improvements where possibleWhat you'll need to succeed:

You have 3 years of experience in a high-level corporate or government environmentYou have 3 years of experience supporting and administering conferencing technologies such as WebEx, Adobe Connect, Teams and ZoomYou have 3 years of experience enforcing and following facility security requirementsYou are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programsYou have an active TS/SCI security clearance
