Salesforce Development:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers. •
Component Development:
Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components to enhance our Salesforce environment. •
System Integration:
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. •
Reporting & Analytics:
Create and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. •
Security Management:
Implement and manage Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing settings. •
System Maintenance:
Conduct regular system audits, prepare for Salesforce upgrades, and maintain system health. •
Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. •
User Support:
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce functionalities effectively. •
Process Optimization:
Continuously optimize Salesforce processes and recommend best practices for scaling and performance. Qualifications: • Basic Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Admin Certification, Developer Platform Certifications. • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience. • Proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components. • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and web services. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency with Python and JavaScript.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with additional CRM platforms. • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management. • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. • Previous experience in the real estate industry. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus
